How we supply
Not a consultancy. We extrude, convert, pallet-wrap, and dispatch from two Bengaluru plants so packing teams can reorder the same spec.
Peenya plant and Dobbaspet plant. Buyers visit or courier samples to the unit that will ship the order. We do not operate branded offices in Chennai or Hyderabad — those cities ship from Bengaluru.
From spec to the truck
Four steps. Lead time is written on the quotation — not a marketing range.

Spec
Micron or bubble size, width or pouch dimensions, monthly volume, ship-to pincode or port. That is enough for a first quote.

Sample
We send a sample you can run on your line. Sample cost is usually credited against the first bulk order if you go ahead.

Produce and check
The bulk runs at Peenya or Dobbaspet. Thickness, width, and roll integrity are checked on the line before the load is built.
04
Wrap, load, dispatch
Cartons or rolls are palletised, stretch-wrapped, counted against the packing list, and handed to the carrier you named — or the one on the quote.
What leaves the floor
Bubble film, stretch wrap, antistatic film, EPE foam, tapes, and converted pouches, covers, and envelopes. Widths and microns are quoted to your packing cell — we do not invent a “standard export pack” that ignores your SKU.

Checked before it is wrapped
Thickness, width, and roll integrity are checked on the line. We publish ISO, CE, FDA, or RoHS marks only when we can show the certificate. Until then the quote lists what we actually measured.
If a lot is wrong, it should not be on the pallet. Tell us the test method your QC uses when you send the spec.
Pallet wrap, loading, dispatch
A well-made roll still arrives damaged if the pallet walks in a truck. Stretch film is part of how we send film, foam, and tapes — not an extra brochure item. Photos below show how packing, wrap, and road dispatch look in this kind of work. They are not a named customer’s load or a branded VCare fleet.
Where the truck goes
Regular domestic dispatches across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana. We quote the freight when you ask; we do not pretend to run a private all-India truck brand. The carrier and Incoterm are on the quotation.
Export lots we have already shipped: Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. Other destinations are quoted case by case, with commercial invoice, packing list, and origin paperwork in the envelope that travels with the load.
