Application notes from typical jobs — not named case studies we cannot prove. If you need a written reference, ask when you enquire.
Pallet loadsPre-stretch and the right micron range reduce film per pallet while keeping load stability on road and sea routes. We spec thickness after we know the load, not before.
Ask us for micron + width against your pallet size
ElectronicsSurface resistivity has to match the assembly environment. We quote antistatic film against the range you need — and we will say so if a spec is outside what we run.
Bring your resistivity target to the RFQ
Fragile exportOcean freight fails at corners and edges first. A thicker bubble plus EPE at impact points is the usual stack for glass, ceramics, and coated metal.
Sample the stack on one carton before a container
We do not invent named quotes from a customer’s staff. The proof is the relationship: we supply their packing lines, we invoice in GST, and we will introduce you to a reference where they have agreed.
National fulfilment and manufacturing teams — including Flipkart, Amazon, FirstCry, FeatherLite, Nykaa, Sobha — buy packaging they can reorder. We quote so the next lot matches the last.
Thickness, width, and roll or pouch integrity are checked before dispatch. If a test method matters to your QC, put it on the RFQ.
Peenya and Dobbaspet are real units with pins on the map. Serious buyers come, or we courier a sample to the packing cell first.
Tell us what you pack, the monthly volume, and whether you want a customer reference. We reply on a business day.
We typically respond within one business day. Include thickness, width, and volume if you have them — that is enough for a first price.
